Sandra Pedro is an organisational transformation advisor, communication strategist, Certified AI Ethicist and author specialising in communication as a driver of organisational change.
For more than two decades, she has advised leaders and organisations across the public, private and international sectors, contributing to initiatives involving multinational companies as well as institutions connected with the United Nations and the European Union.
As the author of books exploring communication as a catalyst for transformation, Sandra believes that meaningful change begins long before implementation. It begins when people develop a shared understanding of where they are going and why.
Her work combines conscious leadership, organisational communication and Human + AI strategy to help organisations strengthen trust, build capability and navigate transformation responsibly.
She believes technology should amplify human judgment, never replace it.
ARTUR MIRANDA
Sustainable growth requires operational leadership.
Artur Miranda is an international business executive, Certified AI Advisor and organisational transformation advisor with more than three decades of leadership experience across Europe, Africa and global markets.
Throughout his executive career, he has held senior leadership roles in organisations including Procter& Gamble, Balmain Paris, LG, Panasonic, The Coca-Cola Company, leading commercial growth, business transformation and large-scale operations across multiple international markets.
His perspective on Artificial Intelligence is grounded in business leadership rather than technology alone. Since 2019, he has worked with AI-powered business intelligence and data-driven decision-making, integrating advanced analytics into executive strategy at a time when few organisations were beginning to explore AI as a strategic capability.
Today, he combines that executive experience with Human + AI transformation, helping organisations align leadership, governance, people and execution to create measurable business value.
